Seven steps for power transmission operation of the KYN28 main power cabinet

1) Close all cabinet doors and rear sealing plates and lock them properly.

2) Push on the transfer trolley and position it, push the circuit breaker handcart into the cabinet and position it in the test position. (When inferring the circuit breaker, press the two push pull handles of the circuit breaker towards the middle and push them forward with force (pushing into the cabinet). After the circuit breaker reaches the test position, release the push pull handle and the handle should automatically reset.) Manually insert the aviation plug, close the handcart compartment door and lock it.

3) Observe whether the instruments and signal indications on the upper cabinet door are normal. (Normally, the comprehensive relay power supply light is on, while the circuit breaker opening indicator light and energy storage indicator light are on. If all indicator lights are not on, open the upper cabinet door and confirm whether the power switches of each busbar are closed. If all indicator lights are closed and still do not light up, the control circuit needs to be repaired.)

4) Insert the circuit breaker handcart handle into the handle socket and press it down with force. Rotate the handle clockwise for about 20 turns, and remove it when the handle is clearly blocked and accompanied by a "click" sound. At this time, the handcart is in the working position, the aviation plug is locked, and the circuit breaker handcart circuit is connected. Check the relevant signals. (Due to the mechanical interlocking between the main power supply and the backup power supply, when the main power supply circuit breaker is in the working position, the backup power supply circuit breaker must be in the experimental position)

5) Observe the live display and confirm that the external power supply has been sent to this cabinet. (The display light on the live display panel indicates that the external power supply has been sent to the lower contact of the circuit breaker in this cabinet. If the live display light is not on, the external power supply needs to be sent to this cabinet first.)

6) Close the transfer switch to close the circuit breaker for power transmission. At the same time, the red closing indicator light on the instrument door lights up and the green opening indicator light goes out. Check other relevant signals, everything is normal, and the power transmission is successful. (When operating the switch for opening and closing, rotate the operating handle clockwise to the indicated closed position on the panel. After releasing the handle, the operating handle should automatically reset to the pre closed position.)

7) If the circuit breaker automatically opens after closing or automatically opens during operation, it is necessary to determine the type of fault and eliminate it before re powering according to the above procedure. (When the circuit breaker with a line fault is opened, an audible and visual alarm will sound, indicating that the red fault indicator light on the panel is on and the signal screen fault sounds. At this time, observe the comprehensive relay protection. If the protection trip light is on, the fault is line overcurrent. During fault maintenance, press the signal screen reset button to cancel the sound. After maintenance is completed, press the comprehensive relay protection panel reset button to manually reset the comprehensive relay protection.)
