How to conduct insulation monitoring for switchgear?
Due to the important role of switchgear in control and protection in the power system, its safe operation is directly related to the stability and reliability of the power system. The online monitoring device for partial discharge in switchgear is based on a combination of ground wave (TEV) and ultrasonic wave (AA) sensors. Through sensors installed on the inner wall of the switchgear, real-time partial discharge signals are obtained, and the data is uploaded to the data management transmission unit through the acquisition terminal. The data management transmission unit further uses wireless communication to upload data to the cloud server, achieving remote monitoring of the insulation status of the switchgear.
The online monitoring device for partial discharge in switchgear has multiple communication interfaces, such as RS485, RJ45, and USB, which can be easily connected to various types of acquisition terminals. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity and high precision measurement, which can accurately capture partial discharge signals and upload data in real-time to cloud servers through wireless communication. Cloud servers can store, analyze, and process uploaded data, and evaluate and predict the operating status of switchgear through technical means such as data mining and pattern recognition. When abnormal situations are detected, the system can promptly issue warning messages, notify relevant personnel to handle them, effectively avoiding the occurrence of insulation faults
