1, Daily maintenance and repair

(1) Appearance inspection of switchgear.

The shell of the switchgear is free from deformation and damage; The protective paint has no severe rust, damage or peeling; The cabinet is installed firmly, and the exterior is clean and free of debris; The nameplate and identification of the switchgear shall be neatly pasted without any detachment.

(2) Check the operating status parameters of the switchgear.

The instruments and meters indicate normal (compared to daily operating values, there is no difference or little difference, and it corresponds to the equipment status).

(3) The relevant components, electrical contacts, wires, and cables of the switchgear shall not exceed the specified temperature.

Measure the operating temperature of visible related components, electrical contacts, wires, and cables using an infrared thermometer to be ≤ 60 ℃, and there is no odor inside the cabinet.

(4) Whether the switch position, indicator light indication, and instrument display are correct, and whether the positions of each transfer switch are normal.

The opening and closing position of the switch is correct, there is no alarm indication, and the transfer switch is in the specified position.

2, Planned maintenance and repair once a year

(1) Inspect, clean, and eliminate various defects found during daily inspections of the cabinet casing.

1) Wipe with alcohol and white cotton cloth to ensure no dust or stains accumulate.

2) The protective paint should not have severe rust, damage or peeling, otherwise rust removal and repainting should be carried out.

(2) Cable room inspection and maintenance.

1) The cable holes are well sealed.

2) The fixing screws of the cable plug are not loose.

3) The cable identification plate has not fallen off, and the cable phase sequence color code has not fallen off.

4) The cable room is dry, without condensation, and should be cleaned and dusted.

5) Wipe the insulator with alcohol and white cotton cloth to ensure there is no dust or stains.

6) The grounding wire is not loose and firmly connected.

(3) Inspection of grounding knife switch.

Manually operate the grounding knife switch for one cycle, and the switch operates normally without any jamming. The switch position and panel position indication are normal.

(4) Inspection and maintenance of circuit breaker room components.

1) Shake the main circuit breaker to the exit position, use a small car to pull it outside the cabin, and check if there are any burn marks or discharge marks on the isolation contact finger and its connecting copper bar of the primary circuit; Depending on the situation, it may be necessary to use sandpaper for polishing and wipe with an alcohol cotton cloth.

2) Apply 0.5~1mm thick conductive paste evenly on the isolation contact finger of the main circuit breaker.

3) Tighten the bolts on the primary circuit according to the torque requirements. After tightening the bolts, check that the spring washers are flat. After completing the tightening operation, draw anti loosening lines on the bolts on the primary circuit.

4) Wipe all components inside the circuit breaker room with alcohol and white cotton cloth to ensure no dust or stains accumulate.

5) Push the main circuit breaker into the circuit breaker compartment with a cart and shake it to the testing position. Manually operate the opening and closing of the circuit breaker for one cycle. The circuit breaker operates normally without jamming, and the mechanical position indication, circuit breaker opening and closing position indication, spring energy storage and non energy storage indication are all normal.

6) After checking for accuracy, shake to the input position and perform the operation according to the power supply shutdown requirements.

(5) Secondary circuit room inspection and maintenance.

1) Check the secondary wiring: the wiring is tight and the wire numbers are clear.

2) Check the cleanliness inside the cabinet: no accumulated dust or foreign objects.

3) If necessary, clean the dust and tighten the secondary line.

3, Annual electrical test

(1) Insulation test for the main circuit of the circuit breaker.

Using a 2500V megohmmeter for measurement, the measured value is greater than 50M Ω.

(2) Power frequency AC withstand voltage test (circuit breaker main circuit to ground, phase to phase, and break).

1) After major repair: The test voltage value is according to the specified value.

2) During operation: The test voltage value shall be 0.8 times the specified value.

(3) Insulation testing of auxiliary and control circuits.

Using a 500V megohmmeter for measurement, the measured value is greater than 2 M Ω.

4, Necessary troubleshooting

(1) Correct the working position of the circuit breaker.

Apply conductive adhesive or Vaseline to the inner ring of the moving contact, then push the handcart into the working position and pull it out. At this time, use a caliper to measure the effective bite depth of the visible moving and stationary contacts on the stationary contact, which should be 15-25mm.

(2) Circuit breaker maintenance and replacement.

Replace according to the specific parameter requirements of the manufacturer.

(3) Maintenance and replacement of instruments and meters.
