Normal use conditions of high voltage switch cabinet:

1. Ambient temperature:

The upper limit of the ambient air required by the high-voltage switchgear does not exceed 40°C; the lower limit of the ambient temperature is -5°C in general areas and -15°C in severe cold areas. If the ambient temperature is too high, the conductivity of the metal will decrease, the resistance will increase, and the surface oxidation will intensify; in addition, the high temperature will greatly shorten the service life of the high-voltage switchgear and reduce the insulation strength. On the contrary, if the ambient temperature is too low, internal stress will be generated in the insulating parts, which will eventually cause damage to the insulating parts.

2. Altitude: generally no more than 1000 meters.

3. Environmental humidity: the daily average value does not exceed 95%, and the monthly average value does not exceed 90%.

4. Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees.

5. Other conditions: no fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.


Features of high voltage switchgear:

1. The high-voltage switchgear usually adopts heat-shrinkable insulating materials to optimize the electrode shape through the use of epoxy coating insulation technology to make the cabinet structure compact, thereby reducing its footprint.

2. The cabinet body of the high-voltage switchgear is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel and formed by sheet metal processing, and then connected by high-strength bolts, nuts and rivet nuts. The surface of the component is sprayed or galvanized.

3. It can be equipped with domestic ZN85-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker and SF1, SF2 and FP system circuit breakers to meet the needs of different users.

4. The functional rooms of the high-voltage switchgear are sealed by metal plates and equipped with independent pressure release channels.

5. When the cabinet door is closed, the circuit breaker and grounding switch can be operated.

6. The structure of the high-voltage switchgear has strong adaptability, and its main wiring scheme can reach more than 198 kinds, so many wiring schemes can fully meet the needs of different users.

7. The high-voltage switch cabinet has a mechanical interlocking device to prevent misoperation between the trolley, circuit breaker, grounding switch and the rear door of the cabinet.
