Description

KYN61 armored removable AC metal-enclosed electrical high voltage switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is an indoor set of power distribution device with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage 40.5kV. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy in power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises. It can control, protect and detect circuits, and can also be used in places with frequent operations. This switchgear complies with standards such as GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991 and DL404-1997.

Ambient air temperature: highest temperature +40℃, lowest temperature -15℃.

Relative humidity: Daily average relative humidity: ≤ 95%,

The daily average water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2kPa;

Monthly average relative humidity: ≤ 90%,

The monthly average water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8kPa;

Altitude: Below 1000m.

Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees.

The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive or combustible gas, water vapor, etc.

There is no place with severe vibration.

When used under normal conditions beyond GB3906, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate

Main feature

The cabinet structure adopts the assembled type, and the circuit breaker adopts the handcart floor type structure;

Equipped with a new type of composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker, and has the characteristics of good interchangeability and easy replacement;

The trolley frame is equipped with a screw nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the trolley and prevent misoperation from damaging the propulsion structure;

All operations can be performed with the cabinet door closed;

The interlocking between the main switch, the handcart, and the switch cabinet door adopts mandatory mechanical locking method to meet the "five prevention" function;

There is ample space in the cable room, which can connect multiple cables;

Fast grounding switch is used for grounding and loop short circuit;

The enclosure protection level is IP3X, when the handcart room door is open, the protection level is IP2X;

Products comply with GB3906-1991, DL404-1997 and refer to the international IEC-298 standards.
