Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemicals, metallurgical steel rolling, transportation, energy, light industry, textiles and other factories and mining enterprises, residential quarters, high-rise buildings and other places. It is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power distribution equipment in power systems with AC 50-60HZ and rated working voltage of AC 660V and below.

Normal use environmental conditions

◆The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and its average temperature within 24h is not higher than +35℃.

◆The altitude does not exceed 2000m.

◆This device is suitable for the transportation and storage process at the following temperature: between -25℃ and +55℃, it can reach +70℃ in a short time (not more than 24h).

◆If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate to resolve it.

◆When this device is used in offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be signed.

Advantages of GCS

When enterprises use electricity and the load is relatively high, GGD is more convenient for heat dissipation and maintenance, and its price also has a significant advantage, so drawer type switchgear has no benefits;

When the load is relatively small, GGD has no advantage;

1) Drawer type switchgear can have more outgoing circuits when used for small loads, thus saving the number of cabinets and space in the distribution room;

2) The drawer type switch cabinet can be pulled out, which means that when there is a problem with the switch, a backup drawer can be quickly replaced, resulting in higher reliability;

3) The drawer type switchgear has a high level of protection. If the short circuit current at the location of use is not high, it will not "burn and burn" during short circuits. Its protection level can reach IP4X, which GGD cannot achieve;

4) The drawer type switchgear is well sealed, and to solve the heat dissipation problem, most of them use large cross-section busbars. Although it is expensive, it does not generate heat during normal load, which also brings high reliability;

So if it is a high load enterprise using electricity, GGD type can be selected; If it is a general load with a small load, domestic drawer type switchgear can be selected, and the structure is relatively simple. Although it has high reliability in full sealing, it is easy to check in case of an accident; If it is a foreign-funded enterprise that requires high reliability, it can choose drawer type switchgear from some well-known foreign enterprises. The price does not matter, and the cabinet is like a copper pile, with a structure that cannot be seen through, and there is no way to start maintenance. When there is no accident, it is indeed a good cabinet
