GCS low voltage withdrawable switchgear is designed according to the requirements of industry sectors, most electricity users and design companies. With high technical performance indicators, it can adapt to the development needs of the electricity market. This switchgear is widely used in power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textiles and high-rise buildings. It is used as a complete low-voltage power distribution equipment for three-phase AC, 50 Hz / 60 Hz, 380 V / 400 V / 660 V rated voltage, 4000 A rated current power generation and power supply system. It is also used where there is a high degree of automation and a computer interface connection is required, such as large power plants and petrochemical systems.
Working conditions of GCS low voltage switchgear:
Temperature range: -5°C to +40°C, the average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed +35°C.
Altitude: ≤2000 m, indoor application.
At the highest temperature +40°C, the relative humidity should not exceed 50%, and at a lower temperature (90% at +20°C), a higher relative humidity is allowed. Due to the temperature range, condensation may occur, so this phenomenon should be considered.
Inclination: ≤5°, vertical installation.
The workplace should avoid fire, explosion, severe vibration and chemical corrosion.

Structural features:
The main frame of the switch cabinet is made of 8MF steel, and the frame is assembled or partially welded. All main frames are equipped with modular holes E = 20 mm. All functional rooms of the switchgear are strictly separated. The carriage includes a function room, a busbar room and a cable room. The function of each unit is relatively independent.
