XL-21 power distribution cabinet switchgear is suitable for power distribution in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises, in three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire systems with an AC voltage of 500 volts and below. XL-21 low-voltage power distribution box is an indoor device installed against the wall, and the screen is inspected and repaired.

Structural features

XL-21power distribution cabinet switchgear is a closed type, the shell is made of steel plate, and the knife switch operating handle is installed on the upper right column of the box, which can be used as a power switch. A voltmeter is installed in front of the distribution box to indicate the voltage of the bus. There is a door in front of the distribution box. After the door is opened, all the equipment in the distribution box is exposed, which is convenient for maintenance. This distribution box adopts domestic self-designed type components, which has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient maintenance, and flexible combination of circuit schemes. In addition to air circuit breakers and fuses as short-circuit protection, the distribution box is also equipped with contactors and thermal relays. The front door of the box can be equipped with operating buttons and indicator lights.

Normal use conditions

Ambient temperature: -50℃ ~+40℃, and the average temperature within 24h does not exceed +36℃;

Altitude: not more than 2000m;

Relative humidity: no more than 50% when the ambient air humidity is +40℃;

Relative humidity can be higher at lower humidity (for example: 90% at +20°C), taking into account the temperature change allows moderate condensation:

When the equipment is installed, the inclination from the vertical plane should not exceed 5°, and the equipment should be installed in a place where there is no severe vibration, impact and corrosion.
