S11 Oil Immersed Transformer

Description

The S11 series fully-sealed oil-immersed power transformer developed and produced by our company has the advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency, which can achieve good energy saving effect and reduce pollution. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, fully sealed transformers eliminate the oil conservator. The change of oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from the air, preventing and slowing down the deterioration of the oil and the aging of the insulation, enhancing the operational reliability, and maintaining normal operation without maintenance.

Features

1. The iron core of the oil immersed transformer is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current, and binds the iron core to ensure the compactness of the iron core and reduce noise.

2. The high and low voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper, and the low voltage windings of 500kVA and below adopt a double-layer cylindrical structure. 630kVA and above adopts double-helix or four-helix structure, and the high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure.

3. The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11 to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.

4. The transformer is a fully sealed structure, prolonging the service life, free of hanging cores and maintenance-free.

5. The measured noise value is lower than the standard.
