Features:

1. The iron core is made of cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, 45° full oblique joint, no mesoporous and epoxy tape binding structure, and the surface of the iron core is coated with iron core protective paint, which reduces the loss and noise.

2. The new oil channel structure is adopted, which has high heat dissipation efficiency, reduces the temperature rise of the transformer, and prolongs the service life of the transformer.

3. The box body adopts the fully sealed structure of the corrugated oil tank, which prevents the air and water from contacting the transformer oil, reduces the aging degree of the oil, and prolongs the service life of the transformer. Through the elastic deformation of the corrugated sheet, the volume change of the thermal expansion and contraction of the transformer oil is adjusted.

4. The transformer is provided with pressure release safety protection. When the transformer fails and the pressure is too high, it can be released reliably and safely through the pressure relief valve to prevent the expansion of the accident.
