1. Preliminary preparation process for welding process of box transformer shell
a. Materials required to prepare: box transformer housing, AC arc candlestick machine, secondary protection welding machine, welding rod, welding wire, spot welding machine, welding pliers, hammer, wooden hammer, flat shovel, welding protective cap, box ruler, angle ruler, steel plate ruler, etc.
b. Pre preparation conditions: Firstly, you need to equip a professional welding technician, prepare tools, protective equipment, and check whether the welding machine is grounded properly; The sheet metal shell of the distribution box can only be processed after checking the drawings and technical requirements, and verifying that the incoming materials are correct; Remove dirt within 50mm of both sides of the welded edge of the part and keep it straight. Check and measure the tire fixture, and the flatness should not exceed 15% of the part thickness. Only after confirming that there are no errors can processing be carried out.
2. Precautions and process requirements for the welding process of the box transformer shell
During the welding process of the box transformer housing, attention should be paid to placing the workpiece in the accurate position according to the drawing requirements. After passing the measurement, spot welding should be carried out before welding, and if necessary, tire fixtures should be used; Try to use flat welding as much as possible. If welding in other positions, the welding current should be adjusted to reduce it by 10% compared to flat welding current; When the weld seam is long or the structural assembly is assembled, it should be fixed by spot welding in sections before welding to avoid deformation; After welding the box transformer, it is necessary to remove the coating, clean the welding overlap and slag, and ensure that the welding seam is smooth and clean; The grounding device of the box transformer casing should be fully welded around and should not damage the connecting threads. After forming, the appearance should be adjusted accordingly according to the drawing requirements and standards. In case of damage and leakage of equipment or power supply during welding, stop using immediately, and report to the competent department after cutting off the power supply.
3. Inspection process after welding the box transformer shell
The shape, size, and position of the weld seam should meet the technical requirements; The appearance of the welding seam shall not have defects such as undercut, incomplete fusion, burning through, welding overlap or missing welding; There should also be no defects such as slag inclusion, pores, and cracks
