1、 Check whether the surface of the box transformer casing is dirty, whether the decorative panel is detached, whether the warning signs and box nameplate are missing, and whether the internal maintenance records of the box transformer are registered on time.

5、 Pay attention to whether the wiring inside the busbar and other equipment of the box transformer casing is good, check the logs in the central control detection system of the box transformer, and check whether the equipment will experience short circuits.

6、 Check the lighting and smoke sensing facilities inside the box transformer housing, the microcomputer central control display screen on the wall inside the box for any damage or abnormalities, pay attention to the corners of the box and equipment connections for any sand holes or poor sealing, and repair them in a timely manner.

7、 Pay attention to whether there is mold on the internal floor of the box transformer, condensation inside the box, aging at the outlet of the box, and whether the fire protection devices inside the box have expired. Replace them in a timely manner.

8、 Check if there are any missing emergency equipment inside the box transformer and make up for them in a timely manner

Only by properly handling these details can the service life of the box transformer be infinitely extended and remain youthful and energetic.
