The intelligent monitoring system for the casing of the box transformer mainly includes the following aspects
1、 Monitoring and protection of electrical parameters
Real time online monitoring of the three-phase inlet voltage on the high-voltage side and the current at each output port on the low-voltage side, recording the voltage, current power, and power factor during operation for local detection by the upper computer. If a current fault occurs, timely disconnect the load switch and send a fault status signal to the upper computer.
2、 Anti condensation protection

3、 Transformer room temperature protection

Through real-time monitoring, when the temperature exceeds the set value, the exhaust system can be started for heat dissipation.

4、 Online digital display and setting of parameters
The temperature of each high and low voltage output port is displayed through LED cycling, and the high voltage side current fault can be displayed through display buttons. It can be changed through keyboard settings and commands can be issued through the upper computer.
5、 Distribution network automation
1. Safety control, to minimize the losses caused by faults in the distribution network system. In case of non permanent faults, relay protection is used to eliminate the fault and restore power supply. In case of permanent faults, the fault is controlled within a small range, and the power supply is restored as soon as possible within the non permanent fault range.
