Low Tension Switchgear

GCS low tension switchgear is suitable for power and distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 690V or lower, and main bus rated current up to 4,000A. It uses 8MF open section steel to make the frame assembly flexible and convenient. The maximum number of functional units of a drawer cabinet is 22, which fully takes into account the need for centralized control of motors in large single-capacity power plants, petrochemical systems and other industries.

The specific heat capacity of the adapter is very high, thereby reducing the temperature of the connector, cable and partition. The parallel arrangement of the bus makes it dynamic and thermally stable. It can withstand large short-circuit current impacts, has high insulation strength, good self-extinguishing performance, unique structure and strong adaptability. The protection level can be selected according to the requirements of the working environment.

The frame adopts an 8 mf type opening, and the module installed on the main frame is E = 20 mm and a 100 mm mounting hole of Φ9.2 mm, thus realizing the flexible assembly of the frame.

The functional rooms of the switchgear are isolated from each other. The compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, bus rooms and cable rooms, and the functions of each room are relatively independent.

The horizontal bus is arranged horizontally behind the cabinet to enhance the resistance of the bus.

The design of the cable compartment makes it easy to get in and out of cables.

The drawer height module is 160mm, the drawer only changes in height dimensions, and the width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. The drawers of the same functional unit are interchangeable. The rated current of the unit circuit is 400A and below.

The drawer panel is divided, closed, tested, and pulled out. The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device. The drawer unit is the main body, and can be drawn out and fixed, and can be mixed and combined for arbitrary use.

The protection level of the cabinet is IP30 and IP40, which can still be selected according to user needs.
