Use of low voltage drawer switch cabinet
1. Matters needing attention when pulling out and pushing: 1/4 drawer and 1/2 drawer (black):
When pushing the drawer inward, before pushing the drawer, lay the drawer flat and push it back and forth on the slide a few times to confirm that it has fallen into the slot before pushing it in. (If the slot is not dropped, it will be difficult to pull out the drawer after it is pushed in, because the inlaid partitions on both sides of the drawer jam the cabinet frame and cannot be pulled out, which will destroy the partitions on both sides of the drawer and the primary plug-in)
Approach:
1. Pull out the upper and lower drawers, use a long screwdriver to press the stuck point of the panel through the gap, and then pull it out. If you pull it out hard, it will inevitably cause damage to the drawer frame.
Because the upper and lower drawers are inevitably running when the machine is turned on or in normal operation, it may not be allowed to pull out the drawers, so the processing is more troublesome. Therefore, pay attention to the use of this method when powering on. , Reduce downtime and avoid affecting production
2. When the drawer is pushed in, about 15cm from the closed position, just push it with 2 to 3 pounds of force. Do not push the drawer violently in the full stroke, so that it is easy to damage the drawer; if the force is too small, it is not easy to push it into place.
3. The sequence of operations after the drawer is pushed in: turn the knob (black) to the test position and press the green start button to start (if the contactor is closed, the running indicator is on, indicating that it is intact), then press and hold the knob (vertical knob axis slightly rotate directly To the operating position, the red line of the knob is the vertical direction); low-voltage drawer switch cabinet manufacturers look for Yuanchuang Electric
If you don’t press the knob too hard, the button will be broken and the power can’t be sent. When the knob is turned on, sometimes it will be difficult to rotate. At this time, check whether the drawer is rotated in place. From the outside, whether the drawer frame and the cabinet frame fit together, even if there is a small distance of 1 to 2 mm, it will not work.
Second, the big drawer
1. The above 2 and 3 are also points of attention.
2. When pushing in, try to pull a few times. This is because the secondary plug and primary main plug at the back of the drawer are not properly plugged into the frame mother body. The type of plug connector arrangement is different).
3. Sometimes when you pull out the drawer, you can't pull it out. You should lift it up slightly and then pull it out (of course at the same time). For example, the drawer at the upper end of the frame is difficult because it is often overlooked. Unplug.
4. The operation of the secondary knob is the same as that of 1/4 drawer and 1/2 drawer 3. It should be remembered that only when the secondary knob reaches the operating position, can the knob of the primary switch be pushed to the operating position, otherwise it will damage the knob of the primary switch and fail to power on.
5. The drawer can't be opened, mainly because the knob can't spin.
This is the most important problem, assuming the worst case: the drawers are often closed at this time, and under failure, and the production is eager to restore the power supply to open.
⑴. In terms of understanding, don’t be too superstitious about the position of the knob, because it is only a mechanical chain after all, which can be achieved by continuously rotating the two knob positions (remote control, local knob; and main switch knob). You can try to deviate a little bit, and then try to open, generally there is no problem with opening.
⑵. If you encounter a drawer that really cannot be opened, and the production is in a hurry.
Operation steps for quick reset and power transmission:
a: There is a small hole (bottom right) beside the remote and on-site knob. Use a small screwdriver to reach into the small hole and press the baffle down.
b: There is a small hole on the left side of a closing, and also use another small screwdriver to reach in and open.
c: Two screwdrivers forcefully unlock at the same time and open the drawer door.
d: Manually adjust the front connecting rod of the switch once (sometimes it cannot be opened because the connecting rod is stuck at that place) to disconnect the main switch.
e: Reconfirm whether the mechanical linkage under the main switch has been released into place, if it is not in place, just move it.
f: Unscrew the secondary switch button to the safe withdrawal position
g: Draw out the drawer and reset it to resume power supply.
h: Only when the primary switch and secondary switch are engaged in place, the drawer can be drawn freely and the switch can rotate smoothly.
