Scope of application

GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, building materials, textiles and other industries. Suitable for large-scale power plants, petrochemical and other places with high degree of automation and computer ports, as 50 (60) Hz, rated voltage 380V (400) (660), rated current three-phase AC low-voltage complete set of power distribution equipment for power distribution , The reactive power compensation current of the motor center control and power distribution system is less than 4000A.

Technical features:

■Increase the heat dissipation capacity of the connector, and greatly reduce the additional heat rise of the connector plug and socket, cable terminal, and partition caused by the heat of the connector.

■The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable. The failure of one unit will not affect other units that can keep the failure to a minimum.

■The horizontal bus layout ensures that the equipment has good kinetic energy and thermal stability. It ensures that the device can withstand a short-circuit current of 80/176KA.

■The maximum number of circuits for a single MCC cabinet is 22. It can meet the requirements of large single motors in power plants and petrochemical industries.

■The connection between the equipment and external cables should be in the cable room. The cables can be input from the top and bottom. The zero sequence current transformer is placed in the cable room, which is easy to install and maintain.

■The power distribution system of the same power supply can limit the short-term current through the current-limiting reactor to stabilize the busbar at a certain value and reduce the requirements for the short-circuit strength of the components.

■The number of auxiliary connectors in the withdrawable unit (20 pairs in 1/2 unit, 32 pairs above 1 unit) can meet the requirements of computer ports and automatic control circuits.

Power switchgear service condition

■The highest ambient temperature is +40℃, the lowest is -5℃, and the 24-hour average temperature is the highest +35℃.

■The air is clean, the maximum relative humidity is 50% at a temperature of +40°C, and more relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature, such as 90% at +20°C. Considering temperature changes, condensation may occasionally occur.

■The highest altitude is 2000m

■The pollution level is 3rd.

■Storage and transportation: -25℃～55℃. In a short time (not more than 24 hours) + 70°C.

■In this case, do not damage the equipment. Under normal circumstances, it should work normally.
