MNS low voltage drawer type switchgear is suitable for power conversion, distribution and control of power distribution systems with a rated voltage below 690V and 50-60Hz. It is mainly used in airports, power plants, substations, petrochemicals, metallurgical steel, transportation and energy, light industry and textile enterprises, residential areas, high-rise buildings and other places. The switchgear complies with IEC439, GB7251 national standards and professional standards. Design standard modules: Standard units such as protection, operation, conversion, control, adjustment, measurement and indication can be formed separately.
Main feature:
●The frame of the drawer type switch cabinet has been assembled, and the base frame is made of C-shaped steel.
●In a smaller space, more functional units can be accommodated, and the design is compact.
●The switch cabinet room can be divided into functional unit, busbar room and cable room. The function of this unit is relatively independent, and between the areas separated from each other by metal plates or high-strength plastic plates, the upper and lower drawers have a metal plate belt There are vents to isolate to ensure safety and prevent the spread of accidents.
●Using standard modular design, the structure is flexible and diverse, and users can arbitrarily combine the structure and extraction unit according to their needs.
●The busbar is protected by high-strength flame retardant and high-insulation strength plastic functional board. It has the function of preventing arc fault, and the horizontal busbar is installed vertically, which effectively reduces electrical stress and thermal stress.
●MNS drawers have 8E/2, 8E, 16E, 24E housing specifications (1E = 25mm). The drawer has a connection position, a test position, a disconnection position, a moving position and a separation position. Each drawer and switch are equipped with mechanical interlocking devices. When the switch is damaged, the drawer can be pulled out or inserted. When the switch is in the closed position, the drawer cannot be pulled out or inserted. In order to prevent impermissible operation, the operating mechanism can use a padlock to lock the switch in the separated position. The drawers of the same functional unit can be easily replaced. Each functional unit drawer has 16-32 pairs of auxiliary contacts, which can meet the needs of remote operation control with computer interfaces, electric meters and automatic monitoring systems.
