1. 2. Wiring: After on-site investigation, make sure to take the reasonable entry point of the 10kV power supply line, and prepare the corresponding power receiving construction plan.

3. Pre-embedded: Carry out the foundation construction of the box-type substation, pre-embed the corresponding components and electrical protection steel pipes

Construction of Grounding Device of Box Transformer

a. A grounding grid is built around the box-type substation, and the grounding grid is connected to the surrounding building grounding grid

b. The buried depth and welding requirements of the grounding device must meet the design requirements and relevant specifications

c. After the grounding device is installed, the grounding resistance test can only be carried out when the ground humidity reaches the specification in fine weather. If there is a grounding device with a grounding resistance value that does not meet the regulations, it is necessary to increase the corresponding grounding electrode and grounding bus bar according to the regulations until the grounding resistance value is consistent with the setting.

4. Installation: After the foundation reaches more than 70% of the design strength, the box-type substation will be inspected first when it arrives at the site. The equipment can be installed only after the accessories are complete, the equipment is intact, and there is no rust or mechanical damage. Construction Program:

a. Before construction, carefully measure and set out the key parts, prepare the work instructions and quality control measures for the key parts.

b. The unpacking quality inspection stamp of the equipment transported to the construction site must be presided over by the supervision department, and the quality of the materials is checked by the materials department, quality inspectors, and technicians.

The quality assurance information such as equipment materials, test reports, instruction manuals, etc. must be complete

c. A protection plan should be formulated for the finished and semi-finished products formed during the construction process. On-site construction personnel must be educated on the protection of finished and semi-finished products.

d. Before the grounding body is buried, it must be buried after the supervision and inspection of the grounding trench.

f. In strict accordance with the requirements, do the inspection of the project quality, the collection of quality assurance information, the prevention and control of substandard products, and the compilation of completion documents

5. Inspection: After the construction of the box-type substation is completed, the construction unit shall first conduct equipment self-adjustment and self-inspection, and report to the construction unit to entrust a test department with test qualifications to enter the test box-type substation.
