Installation steps of high voltage switchgear

The first is inspection. For the unpacked high and low voltage switchgear, check the quantity and specifications carefully according to the design drawing and imitation list, check whether it meets the requirements, whether the shell is damaged or rusted, and check whether the accessories and spare parts are complete. After unpacking, check the factory certificate, imitation bills, and internal wiring diagrams and other technical data documents. After the high and low voltage switch cabinets are unpacked, the power distribution cabinets are numbered according to the design drawings and moved into the installation position in the substation in sequence.
After the high and low voltage switch cabinet is placed on the channel steel, the high voltage cabinet should be roughly adjusted with a thin shim, and then one of the cabinets should be used as a benchmark to adjust the rest to make all the high voltage cabinet panels uniform and the gap uniform. After the bolts are fixed, a gap of 2 to 3 is maintained between the cabinets, and finally the cabinets are permanently fixed to the foundation channel steel by fixing bolts or welding. In order to be beautiful, the welding seam should be welded on the inside of the cabinet, and no less than 4 places, each of which is 80 to 00 long.
Connect the bus. The main bus bar and instruments on the switchgear are provided by the switch factory, or can be made according to the design drawings at the construction site. The connection of the main bus, the connection between the main bus and the down bus, and the connection between the bus and the instrument are connected by bolts. The connection surface of the bus should be coated with electric compound grease. The tightening degree of the bolt and the connection status of the connection surface shall be specified by a torque wrench. Torque value tighten the bolts to control.
Installation of handcart type high and low voltage switch cabinet. The installation method is basically the same as that of the fixed high and low voltage switchgear, but the difference is to ensure the interchangeability of handcarts. Each handcart-type moving contact must be adjusted consistently, and the center of the moving and static contacts must be adjusted uniformly and in close contact to ensure interchangeability. Check the plugs and auxiliary contacts of the secondary circuit of the high-voltage power distribution cabinet, and the welding is reliable. The electrical or mechanical locking device is correct so that the handcart cannot be pulled out when it is in the closing position. The safety partition is easy to open and close, and can move with the in and out of the handcart. The grounding device of the handcart should have good contact with the fixed frame of the high-voltage power distribution cabinet. The control cable in the high and low voltage switch cabinet is firmly fixed and does not affect the movement of the handcart.
The laying of electrical equipment, appliances, and non-live metal parts of the maintenance grounding branch line should meet the following requirements: the connection is tight and firm, the maintenance grounding wire section is selected correctly, and the parts that need anti-corrosion are evenly painted. The route is fair, the color code is accurate, and the equipment and buildings will not be polluted after painting. Check the "5-proof" chain of the power distribution cabinet, which has complete and reliable functions.
The approximate process is: the installation position of the electrical components conforms to the design drawings, and the installation is firm and reliable;
The sectional area of the primary line meets the requirements of the drawing;
The copper busbars of the primary line are tin-plated at the joint office, and the contact area meets the requirements;
The first-line connection screws are fastened and reliable, and the contact resistance meets the requirements;
Phase sequence arrangement: from the front, from left to right, from top to bottom, and from far to near, it is A, B, C;
The electrical clearance is greater than -10mm, and the creepage distance is greater than 25mm;
Ground row and zero row should be installed according to the drawings;
All kinds of micro notes are available and good;
The switch opening and closing operation is flexible and reliable, without any hindrance;
The wiring of the secondary line is in accordance with the design drawing, and the power-on attempt is correct;
Power frequency withstand voltage: 2kV/min, no flashover, no breakdown.
