Operational requirements of high-voltage switchgear
Aug 26, 2021
1. The operator must hold a special post operation certificate (high-voltage network access certificate), and the high-voltage operation must be performed by two persons, one person for operation, and one person for supervision.
2. The operator must understand the status and work content of the high-voltage switchgear, and be familiar with the performance and operation methods of the high-voltage switchgear being operated. During operation, safety organization measures and safety technical measures must be taken, and switching operations are prohibited during thunder and lightning;
3. It is strictly forbidden to operate the high-voltage ring network cabinet;
4. Before operating the SF6 switchgear, check whether the SF6 pressure gauge indicates whether it is within the normal range (not less than 5 atmospheres)
5. The tools used must meet the safety standards. Check insulated gloves, insulated shoes, and operating rods before operation. If there is moisture, breakage, or damage, and the insulation registration is lower than the required operating voltage, the operation is prohibited.
6. Wear insulation and insulating gloves during operation.
7. Operate strictly in accordance with the operating sequence.
8. After a power failure, a warning sign should be hung on the high-voltage switchgear and locked.
