VS1 vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 10kV power system, used for switching loads of different natures and frequent operations. It can be used for protection and control of electrical equipment in industrial and mining, enterprises, power plants and substations.

Application environment conditions:

1. Ambient temperature: not higher than +40°C, not lower than -10°C (storage and transportation are allowed at -30°C).

2. Altitude: no more than 1000m.

3. Relative humidity: the daily average does not exceed 95%, the average saturated vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2×10-3MPa, and the average does not exceed 1.8×10-3MPa.

4. Earthquake intensity: no more than eight.

5. Places without fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

Structural features

1. The arc extinguishing chamber and the operating mechanism of the circuit breaker are arranged in front and rear. It is connected as a whole through the transmission mechanism to ensure the overall matching performance of the circuit breaker.

2. The middle-sealed ceramic vacuum interrupter is adopted.

3. The vacuum interrupter is installed in the insulating cylinder formed by APG new art, which not only reduces the overall size of the circuit breaker, but also prevents the damage and surface pollution of the arc extinguishing caused by foreign objects.

4. On the basis of learning from the advantages of similar foreign products, the insulating tube adds inner skirts and reinforcing ribs to improve the insulation level and the ability to resist dynamic and stable current.

5. The operating mechanism adopts spring energy storage type, which has two functions of electric and manual energy storage.

6. Advanced and reasonable buffer device, there is no rebound in the opening, and the shock and vibration of the opening are weakened.

7. No adjustment required, little or no maintenance.

8. The service life of the mechanism is as high as 20,000 times.
