XGN66-12 fixed-type closed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical product of our company, in line with requirements of national standards GB3906 "-35KV AC metal-enclosed switchgear", Electric Department's DLT404"ordering technology conditions of indoor AC high-voltage switchgear", and also meets the international standard IEC62271" requirements of AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment of 1KV above 52KV" The product absorbs foreign advanced technology. It is small, only 50% of the size of ordinary switchgear; the circuit breaker has with high reliability and good performance: "five anti" interlocking machinery is reliable, simple and so on. The switch cabinet is indoor equipment of 3.6,7.2,12KV three-phase AC 50Hz single bus segment, for the acceptance and distribution of electrical energy. And it has circuit control, protection and monitoring functions, which can be used in various types of power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings and other places, and also in the ring network cabinet with ring main unit.

Product Overview
XGN66-12 box type fixed AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the "switchgear") is applicable to the 3.6-12KV two-phase AC 50Hz system as a device for receiving and distributing electric energy, and is suitable for frequent operation sites and the transformation of switchgear equipped with oil switches. The bus system is a single bus system and a single bus section system.
The switch cabinet meets the requirements of GB3906 3.6 ～ 40.5kV AC Metal Enclosed Skyopening Equipment and Control Equipment and DL404 Technical Conditions for Ordering Indoor AC High Voltage Switch Cabinet. The switch cabinet is beautiful in appearance, small in size, and has complete and reliable anti misoperation functions. For the main switch VS1-12 or ZN28-12 vacuum circuit breaker equipped in the switch cabinet, GN30-12 and GN19-10 disconnectors are used for isolating firing, and JN15-12 grounding switches are used for grounding switches.
Conditions of Use
1. Ambient temperature: maximum+40 ℃, minimum - 15 ℃; 2. Altitude: no more than 1000m; 3. Relative humidity: the daily average value is not more than 95%, and the monthly average value is not more than 90%; 4. The earthquake intensity shall not exceed 8 5. Places without fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
Main features
1.The cubicle is of assembled structure ,no welding ,high mechanical strength and artistic apperance .
2.The rear upper part is for GN30-12 rotarydisconnect switch and lower part for GN19-12C disconnect switch .The mechanical interlock device operated as per procedures can provide reliable safety protection for the operation personal and equipment .
3.The main switch adopted is of monoblock type ,options such as ZN63-12(VS1-12)and VD4-12
4.Compulsory mechanical locking method is employed in the interlocks among main switches
,disconnectors and cubicle door to meet the ‘five -proof ‘interlock function,enjoying random combination with ring main unit .
