KYN61-40.5 Metal Clad Movable Switchgear

KYN61-40.5 metal clad movable switchgear is a complete set of indoor power distribution equipment with a three-phase alternating current of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 40.5kV. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It can control, protect and monitor the circuit, and can also be used in places with frequent operations.

Main feature:

1. The cabinet structure adopts the assembled type, and the circuit breaker adopts the handcart floor type structure;

2. Equipped with a new type of composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker, and has the characteristics of good interchangeability and easy replacement;

3. A screw nut pushing mechanism is installed in the handcart frame, which can easily move the handcart and prevent misoperation from damaging the propulsion structure;

4. All operations can be performed with the cabinet door closed;

5. The interlocking between the main switch, handcart and switch cabinet door adopts mandatory mechanical locking method to meet the "five prevention" function;

6. There is ample space in the cable room and multiple cables can be connected;

7. The fast grounding switch is used for grounding and closing short-circuit;

8. The protection level of the shell is IP3X, and the protection level is IP2X when the door of the handcart room is opened;

9. The product complies with GB 9306-2006, DL/T 04-2007 and adopts the international IEC 928 standard by reference.

Installation of switchgear

1. The height of the electrical room: ≥4500mm;

2. The distance from the back of the cabinet to the wall: ≥1500mm;

3. The flatness of the basic frame: ≤1mm/m2;

4. The part of the foundation embedded channel steel above the ground should not exceed 3mm;

5. It can be fixed on the foundation by bolts or welding;

6. The width of the operation corridor of the switchgear (single row): ≥3000mm, double row (face to face) ≥4000mm.
