11kv Switchgear Panel

KYN28-12/24 type indoor AC metal armored removable switchgear panel is practically used in 3-10kV three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar and double busbar segmented systems. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy. Its structure is reasonable and safe. It has high reliability, easy operation and high technical indicators, and meets GB3906 standard and lEC-298 international electrical standard. It can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical and urban construction industries.

Environmental conditions

Ambient temperature: upper limit + 40℃, lower limit -25℃;

Altitude: within 1000m above sea level;

Relative temperature increment: daily average value does not exceed 95%, monthly average value does not exceed 90%;

Earthquake intensity: less than 8 degrees.

Environment: no fire, explosion hazard, pollution level lower than level 3, chemical damage or violent shaking.

6: The switchboard door is sprayed with plastic, also has strong capacity of impact resistance and corrosion protection.

7: The primary switch may be provided with VD4 vacuum circuit breaker and C3 series of fixed type load switch from ABB, various domestic vacuum circuit breakers (such as VS1, VH1, VK, ZN28) may also be provided in lieu of the same foreign products.

8: Front door is installed with a observation window to check the operating state of the components inside the room

Five prevention measures for high-voltage switchgear

1. After the vacuum circuit breaker car inside the high-voltage switchgear is closed in the test position, the car circuit breaker cannot enter the working position. (Prevent load closing)

2. When the grounding switch inside the high-voltage switchgear is in the closed position, the car circuit breaker cannot be closed. (Prevent closing with grounding wire)

3. When the vacuum circuit breaker inside the high-voltage switchgear is closed, the back door of the panel and cabinet is locked with a mechanical device on the grounding knife. (To prevent accidental entry into live compartments)

4. The vacuum circuit breaker inside the high-voltage switchgear is closed during operation, and the grounding switch cannot be put into operation. (Prevent live hanging of grounding wires)

5. The vacuum circuit breaker inside the high-voltage switchgear cannot exit the working position of the trolley circuit breaker when it is working and closing. (To prevent the blade from being pulled under load)
