KYN61-40.5 removable AC metal-clad switchgear applies to 40.5kV, 3 phase, AC and 50/60Hz electrical power network for receiving and distributing power energy and also for control, monitor and protect ion. It is applicable in general power system and occasions with frequent operation. The product conforms to GB3906: 3~35kV AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear, IEC60694 & GB/T11022: The common technical clauses of HV Switchgear and controlgear Standard, DL/T404-1997: Order Technical term of Indoor AC HV Switchgear and IEC62271-200 1~52kV AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear and controlgear standard.

KYN61-40.5 switchgear is three phase AC 50 Hz,rated voltage of 40.5 KV indoor power distribution equipment.As power plants ,substations and industrial distruction of electric energy only ,and has a circuit implementation of control,protection and monitoring function .

Structure Description:

 

Switchgear according G83906 and IEC298 standards and design,And can be removed from the cabinet as a whole unit (trolley )components .
Cabinet structure are made of aluminum deposited zine plate or galvanized sheet assembled with both connection ,separate circuit breaker switchgear roon ,bus room ,cable room and instrument room,All metal components are grounded ,each compartment of the main circuit .system have separate pressure release channel in the cable compartment can be set 10*60mm ground bus .

1、 Daily maintenance and repair

(1) Appearance inspection of the switchgear.

The shell of the switchgear shall be free from deformation and damage; The protective paint is free from severe rust, damage, and peeling; The cabinet body is firmly installed, and the appearance is clean and free of debris; The nameplate and identification of the switchgear shall be neatly pasted without detachment.

(2) Check the operating status parameters of the switchgear.

The instrument and meter indications are normal (compared to daily operating values, there is no difference or no significant difference and corresponds to the equipment status).

(3) The relevant components, electrical contacts, wires, and cables of the switchgear shall not exceed the specified temperature.

Use an infrared thermometer to measure the operating temperature of visible related devices, electrical contacts, wires, and cables to be ≤ 60 ℃, and there is no odor inside the cabinet.

(4) Whether the switch position, indicator light indication and instrument display are correct, and whether the position of each transfer switch is normal.
