KYN series metal-clad removable enclosed switch cabinet (called switch cabinet for short). It is applicable for power receiving

and distribution in the 3.6-12Kv three-phase AC 50Hz single bus bar and single bus bar sectioning system. It has the functions of

controlling, protecting and monitoring the circuit.

8: Front door is installed with a observation window to check the operating state of the components inside the room

Introduction to Five Prevention Interlocking:

(1) When the handcart is closed in the working position of the cabinet, the locking electromagnet inside the chassis of the handcart is locked on the screw and will not be pulled to prevent the handcart from accidentally pulling the circuit breaker with load.

(2) When the grounding switch is in the closed position, the push rod in the interlocking mechanism of the grounding switch spindle is pushed into the handcart guide rail in the cabinet, so the equipped circuit breaker handcart cannot be pushed into the cabinet.

(3) After the circuit breaker handcart is closed in the working position, the outgoing side is electrified, and the grounding switch cannot be closed at this time The push rod in the interlocking mechanism of the grounding switch spindle is blocked, and its operating handle cannot operate the grounding switch spindle

(4) For cable entry cabinets; The busbar section cabinet and the used transformer scheme are equipped with an electromagnetic lock on the lower door due to the electrification of the incoming cable side to ensure that the cable room cannot be entered when the cable side is electrified;

(5) By installing an error proof transfer switch (with red and green signs) on the panel, it is possible to prevent accidental opening and closing of the circuit breaker

 

 

Operating procedures

Power transmission operation:

First install and then seal the board, Close the front and lower doors again - - - Operate the grounding switch spindle and open it - - - Use a transfer vehicle (platform vehicle) to push the handcart (in the open state) into the cabinet (test position) - - - - Insert the secondary plug into the static socket - - - (test position indicator on) - - - - - (close the front and middle doors) - - - - - Use the handle to push the handcart from the test position (open state) to the working position - - - - (work position indicator on, test position indicator off) ---------Closing circuit breaker handcart

 

 

Power outage (maintenance) operation:

Opening the circuit breaker handcart - - - - Use the handle to exit the handcart from the working position (opening state) to the test position - - - - (The working position indicator is off, and the test position indicator is on) - - - - Open the front middle door - - - Pull out the secondary plug from the static socket - - - (The test position indicator is off) - - - - - Use the transfer vehicle to open the handcart (in the opening state) Exit the cabinet ------- Operate the grounding switch spindle and close it ------- Open the rear sealing plate and front lower door
