35kv Oil Immersed Transformer Features

1. The transformer core is made of imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current. The iron core is bound to ensure the tightness of the iron core and reduce noise.

2. High and low voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper. Low voltage windings of 500kVA and below adopt double-layer cylindrical structure, 630kVA and above adopt double-helix or four-helix structure, and high-voltage winding adopts multilayer cylindrical structure.

3. The transformer connection group adopts Dynl to reduce the impact of harmonics on the power grid and change the quality of power supply.

4. The transformer is a fully sealed structure, which prolongs the service life, and is free from hanging and maintenance.

5. The measured noise value is lower than the standard.

Conditions of use:

1. Altitude: No more than 4000m.

2. Ambient temperature: -40℃～+65℃.

3. Relative humidity: Not more than 95% (25℃).

4. Equipment occasions: The air does not contain corrosive chemical gases and vapors, and there is no explosive dust.

5. Grid frequency: 48～52Hz (50 Hz system), 58～62 Hz (60 Hz system).

6. Applicable to: Indoor and outdoor.

7. Resistance equipment point: Under normal conditions, the neutral point displacement does not exceed 3% of the operating phase voltage.
