The interior of the transformer is isolated from air, so the absorption of transformer oil will not absorb external moisture and oxygen, because the volume change of the transformer can be fixed by the flexibility of the corrugated tank structure. This will reduce the aging rate of the insulating material. Before putting it into operation, there is no need to check whether the core is suspended. Low loss and noisy

Compared with ordinary oil-immersed power transformers, there is no oil storage tank, and the heat dissipation part adopts the ripples on the oil tank. The fuel tank is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel on a dedicated production line. The corrugations can expand or contract according to changes. The amount of oil can therefore isolate the internal space of the transformer from the air, thereby reducing the rate of oil aging and preventing moisture from the insulating material. The oil-immersed transformer has reliable operation and does not require maintenance

Excellent materials

1.Because we use oxygen-free copper wires of lower resistivity, which will become smoother and burr-free after a series of surface treatment, so the load loss of our transformer is lower and the electric performance is better.

2.We use high-quality silicon-steel sheets which are of lower specific loss, so the no-load loss of the transformers is lower.

3.We use high quality wooden laminating insulation pieces, which won't split or move even under the influence of short circuit current.

4.We use thoroughly filtrated transformer oil containing less water, gas or impurities, which makes our transformers work better.

5.We use high quality rubber sealing material, which can prevent the transformers from aging or leakage effectively.

6.All raw materials have passed the quality testing, and all the raw material factories have passed the national standard IS09000 inspection.
