33/11Kv 5000Kva Oil Immersed Power Distribution Transformer

The iron core of the oil type transformer is made of high permeability grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet, which is a new type of iron core. The winding of the oil immersed transformer adopts the corrugated oil channel non immersion paint process, with tight straps for binding. The H61 oil-immersed transformer is equipped with a tube holder for a glass thermometer, which is set at the top of the oil tank and extends 120 ± 10mm into the oil.

What is an oil immersed transformer

High mechanical strength: The three-dimensional coil iron core adopts a circular iron core cross-section, which has better short-circuit resistance than a long circular cross-section. And the cushion block has a high coverage rate and good fastening effect, greatly improving the product's short-circuit resistance.

Oil immersed transformers are mainly used in power systems, industrial and mining enterprises for power load requirements and electrical isolation of the power grid. They convert the market electricity into magnetic electricity and serve as isolation equipment for precision measurement and testing systems to purify (anti-interference) power sources and the power grid. Secondly, the output end and input end of the three-phase oil-immersed transformer are completely "open circuit" isolated, which effectively filters the input end of the three-phase oil-immersed transformer (power supply voltage supplied by the grid).
