Amorphous Alloy Oil-Filled Transformer
This product is an oil-filled sealed type. The principle is the same as that of the sealed power transformer. The basic elements of amorphous alloys are iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron, carbon and other components. It is an isotropic soft magnetic material with low magnetization power. The thickness is extremely thin, only 0.027mm. The filling factor becomes smaller accordingly, only 0.75 to 0.8. The resistivity is very high, 3 to 6 times that of silicon steel sheet, and the hardness is 5 times that of silicon steel sheet. Amorphous alloy materials are particularly sensitive to stress.
