Operating procedures for power transmission and power outage (maintenance) of high-voltage switchgear!

1、 Power transmission operation procedure

1. Push the circuit breaker handcart (or PT handcart) to the front of the cabinet through the transfer vehicle, lift the transfer vehicle to a suitable position, insert the front positioning lock hole plate of the transfer vehicle into the partition socket in the cabinet, and lock the transfer vehicle with the cabinet; When the handcart enters the cabinet, pull the left and right handles of the handcart inward simultaneously to the position of handle II and smoothly push the handcart into the test position of the switchgear. Then, push the left and right handles of the handcart outward simultaneously to the position of handle I, ensuring that the handcart pushing mechanism is reliably locked with the switchgear. After confirming that the handcart and cabinet have been locked, unlock the transfer vehicle and cabinet, and push the transfer vehicle away.

2. Insert the secondary plug of the handcart into the secondary socket of the switchgear and lock it with a fastener;

3. Close the rear door (cable compartment door) and front door (circuit breaker compartment door) of the switchgear; Open the grounding knife operation valve, use the grounding knife operation handle (rotate 90 ° counterclockwise) to open the grounding knife, pull out the grounding knife operation handle to close the grounding knife operation valve, and confirm that the grounding knife is in an open state.

4. Check that the control, closing, signal, AC, and bus voltage power switches (or secondary fuses) in the instrument room are in a closed state, and observe that the power voltage is within the normal range before closing the instrument room door.

5. Use local or remote operation methods to control and operate the circuit breaker (located in the switchgear test position) once, and confirm that the circuit breaker control circuit wiring and signal circuit display are correct.

6. Insert the handcart push handle into the operating hole on the middle panel of the handcart, rotate clockwise to push the handcart into the working position of the switch cabinet (the handcart will make a "click" sound when it reaches the working position), and remove the handcart push handle.

7. Control the closing of the circuit breaker (located in the working position of the switchgear) through local or remote operation.

8. Check that the A/B/C three-phase indicator light on the live display of the switchgear is on. At this time, the switchgear is already in a high-voltage live state. Measure or observe whether the bus voltage and outgoing current displayed by the microcomputer protection device are within the normal range.

2、 Power outage operation procedure

1. Use local or remote operation methods to control the opening of circuit breakers (located in the working position of the switchgear).

2. Check that the A/B/C three-phase indicator light on the live display of the switchgear is off. At this point, the switchgear is in a power outage on the high-voltage outgoing line side, but the high-voltage busbar side is still in a live state (hot standby state).

3. Use the handcart to push the handle (counterclockwise) to exit the handcart to the switchgear test position (the handcart will make a "click" sound when it reaches the test position), and remove the handcart to push the handle.

At this point, the circuit breaker is in the test position of the switchgear, belonging to the power outage standby state (cold standby state). When transmitting power again, the first, second, and third steps of the power transmission operation program can be omitted.

3、 Procedure for pulling the handcart out of the cabinet

When the circuit breaker handcart (or PT handcart) needs to be pulled out of the cabinet, all steps of the power outage operation procedure should be completed first.

When the grounding switch needs to be closed, the grounding switch operating valve should be opened first. Use the grounding switch operating handle (rotate 90 ° clockwise) to close the grounding switch, pull out the grounding switch operating handle, and confirm that the grounding switch is in a closed state. (If the grounding switch closing operation is not required, this operation may not be carried out)

3. Open the front door of the switchgear (circuit breaker room door), unplug the secondary plug of the handcart, and lock the movable plug onto the handcart frame.

5. Place and lock the transfer truck in the designated position in front of the switchgear (the same as when loading the handcart); Pull the left and right handles of the handcart inward simultaneously to the position of handle II, and pull the handcart out onto the transfer trolley. Push the left and right handles of the handcart outward simultaneously to the position of handle I and securely lock the lock hole of the transfer cart.

6. Check that the upper and lower static contact protection valves inside the switchgear are in the automatic closing position, and close the front door of the switchgear (circuit breaker room door).

7. If the handcart needs to be transported for a long distance using a transfer vehicle, extra caution should be taken when pushing the transfer vehicle to avoid accidents.

4、 High voltage cable room power outage maintenance operation procedure

1. Complete all steps of the power outage operation program.

2. Open the grounding knife operation valve, use the grounding knife operation handle (rotate 90 ° clockwise) to close the grounding knife, pull out the grounding knife operation handle, and confirm that the grounding knife is in a closed state. At this point, the cable outlet side is in a safe grounding state.

3. Open the rear door of the switchgear (cable compartment door), use a high-voltage power testing device to detect and confirm that all conductive parts in the cable compartment are completely in a power outage state, and then maintenance personnel can enter the high-voltage cable compartment for work

5、 Power outage maintenance procedure for high-voltage busbar room

1. Complete all steps of the power outage operation program.

2. Confirm again that the circuit breaker handcart of the incoming cabinet and busbar cabinet is in the test position or the isolation position outside the cabinet, and confirm that the incoming cable or busbar is in a complete power outage state.

3. Open the rear cover or top plate of the high-voltage busbar room, use a high-voltage electrical testing device to detect and confirm that all conductive parts in the busbar room are completely in a voltage free state, and install grounding wires before maintenance personnel can enter the high-voltage busbar room for work.

Precautions:

After completing each step of the operation program, it is necessary to confirm that the switchgear and handcart components are in normal state before proceeding to the next step of the program operation. If any obstacles are encountered during the operation of the above program, it is not allowed to operate it forcefully. The operating program should be checked for correctness first, and other faults should be checked and eliminated before continuing with the operation.

2. Power transmission sequence of switchgear: incoming cabinet - PT cabinet - outgoing cabinet; Power outage sequence of switchgear: outgoing cabinet - PT cabinet - incoming cabinet.

3. When the PT handcart enters or exits the cabinet, the operation steps related to the grounding knife can be omitted.

4. The manual closing and opening buttons and manual energy storage devices on the circuit breaker handcart are only used during debugging or maintenance.

5. During the power on operation process, the equipment operation status should be inspected and recorded at any time. If any abnormal phenomena of the equipment are found (such as abnormal heating of components or abnormal noise, etc.), power should be cut off for maintenance in a timely manner
