Winding method of dry-type transformer

1. The primary or secondary coil can be wound first, usually the primary coil is wound around the secondary coil, because the diameter of the secondary coil is relatively large, winding on the outer layer makes the mechanical performance more reliable.

2. The load voltage of the primary coil is relatively high. Try to wind in the same direction as possible. When the wire diameter is too small and it is difficult to wind in the same direction, try not to overlap the windings with too many turns, so as to avoid the voltage difference between the front and rear windings is too large and easy to break down and short-circuit. It can be wound in multiple layers, and the white wax paper between the layers should be used as the insulation between the windings.

3. Use blue-shell paper or single-sided film insulation paper to strengthen insulation between primary and secondary.

The basic type of dry-type transformer consists of two sets of coils wound with wires, which are combined inductively with each other. When an alternating current (with a known frequency) flows through one of the coils, an alternating voltage with the same frequency will be induced in the other coil, and the magnitude of the induced voltage depends on the coupling of the two coils and the magnetic exchange The degree of the chain.
