Maintenance of low voltage power distribution cabinet
May 31, 2021
Low-voltage power distribution cabinets can be used for power conversion and control. When companies need to distribute power, lighting, etc., this equipment will enter the company's procurement catalog. Moreover, it has strong segmentation capabilities and flexible combination schemes. The range is very large.
Although this product has many advantages, as a kind of electrical equipment, it also needs certain maintenance to extend the service life of the equipment.
1. Power off for maintenance and overhaul
The maintenance and overhaul of low-voltage power distribution cabinets must be carried out in the event of a power outage. Even if the equipment can operate normally, the overall maintenance and overhaul should be carried out annually. And in order to complete the overhaul as soon as possible, it should be coordinated with the production schedule of the enterprise to ensure that the impact is not significant.
2. Check the flow of the entire line
For the maintenance of low-voltage power distribution cabinets, first check whether the entire line is unblocked, whether there are line connection failures caused by poor contact, and whether some components are damaged due to the heating of the components in the working state, and the wiring posts are damaged. Whether the connection is firm and reliable, whether there is corrosion, whether the secondary circuit can also be kept unblocked, and whether the insulation performance of each part is maintained well.
If the electronic components are damaged, they must be replaced in time. If the connection of the terminal is not reliable, they must be tightened again. The corroded electronic components and auxiliary materials should also be replaced in time to ensure that the secondary circuit remains unblocked. The insulation properties of all parts are maintained well.
3. Check the mechanical part
Most of the low-voltage power distribution cabinets will adopt a drawer-type structure, so whether these mechanical parts can be used normally, whether the drawer switch is smooth, whether the mechanical locking is firm and reliable, whether the various contactors can be kept in place, and whether they are damaged Contactors and circuit breakers.
Ensure that the mechanical parts can be operated smoothly, the drawing is smooth, the locking is firm, the contacts are kept in good contact, and the circuit breaker and the contactor can work normally and stably.
