Structural features
1. The cabinet shell is designed according to the actual situation with reference to foreign advanced technology. It is strong, heat-insulating, ventilated, stable in performance, anti-corrosion, dust-proof, waterproof, anti-small animals, beautiful in appearance, and there are many choices of shell materials, such as steel plate and composite Plate, stainless steel plate, cement board, etc.
2. There are high-voltage switchgear in the high-voltage room, such as xgn15, hxgn17 or kyn28a, etc., which are used for high-voltage inlet, high-voltage metering and high-voltage outlet. The high-voltage side can be arranged with ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply and other power supply methods, and high-voltage metering components can also be installed to meet the requirements of high-voltage metering. The main switch is generally a load switch or a vacuum circuit breaker, with a compact and reasonable structure and a complete function of preventing misoperation.
3. There are low-voltage switch cabinets in the low-voltage room, such as GGD, GCS or MNS, which are used for low-voltage input lines, reactive power compensation and low-voltage output lines. The low-voltage side adopts a panel or cabinet installation structure to form the power supply plan required by the user, which can meet the functions of power distribution, lighting power distribution, reactive power compensation, and electric energy measurement. The main switch generally adopts general circuit breaker or intelligent circuit breaker, which is flexible in installation and simple in operation.
4. The transformer in the transformer room can use a completely sealed oil-immersed transformer or a dry-type transformer. Oil-immersed transformers can be S9, S11, S13 or SH15, and dry-type transformers can be scb10, scb11, SGB10 or scbh15. According to the actual needs of customers, it can be freely configured, with higher selectivity and flexibility.
5. The box cover adopts a double-layer structure design, and the middle layer is filled with foam plastic, which has a good thermal insulation function. The transformer room is equipped with anti-condensation and automatic temperature control monitoring, heating and cooling devices. Dust-proof devices are arranged at the positions of the door panels and the shutter panels outside the side panels.
