Mobile Substation

Box-type substation is a compact complete set of power distribution equipment that combines high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer and low-voltage switchgear according to a certain wiring scheme. Main components: transformers, high-voltage switchgear and its control equipment, low-voltage switchgear and its control equipment, corresponding internal connecting lines (cables, bus bars, etc.) and other auxiliary equipment.

The mobile substation is suitable for AC50HZ, 6KV and 12KV power systems as a power source for acceptance and distribution. It is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, residential communities, hospitals, shopping centers, high-rise buildings and other power distribution systems.

Conditions of Use

1. The highest ambient temperature does not exceed 45℃, and the lowest does not exceed -45℃;

2. The height should not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the height can reach 4000m;

3. Place it in a place where the vertical tilt angle does not exceed 5° and there is no severe vibration or impact;

4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25℃);

5. The gas place must not conduct dust, explosion hazard, corrosion of metal and electrical components;

6. The outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m/s.

7. If the above-mentioned normal use environmental conditions are exceeded, the customer can customize it from our company.
