Introduction of high voltage switchgear
May 27, 2021
The high-voltage metal-enclosed switchgear is composed of a cabinet and a handcart. The cabinet is divided into four independent compartments by metal partitions: bus compartment, circuit breaker trolley compartment, cable compartment and relay instrument compartment. Handcarts are divided into circuit breaker handcarts, metering handcarts, isolation handcarts, etc. according to their uses. Handcarts with the same specifications can be freely interchanged. Handcarts have test positions and working positions in the cabinet, and each position is in place. Device to ensure reliable interlocking.
The high-voltage switchgear has a safe and reliable interlocking device, which can meet the requirements of "five preventions":
1. Prevent misoperation of the circuit breaker;
2. Prevent the isolation switch from being pulled on with load, that is, to prevent pushing and pulling the trolley with load;
3. Prevent the ground wire from being connected to the ground when the power is on, that is, prevent the grounding switch when the power is on;
4. Prevent power transmission with grounding wire, that is, prevent power transmission when the grounding switch is in the grounding position;
5. Prevent entering the electrified interval by mistake.
When the circuit breaker trolley is in the test or working position, the circuit breaker can be closed and opened, and after the circuit breaker is closed, the trolley cannot move, preventing the circuit breaker from being pulled or pushed by mistake with load. Only when the grounding switch is in the open position, the circuit breaker trolley can move from the test position to the working position, and only when the circuit breaker is in the test position, the grounding switch can be closed, thus preventing the grounding switch from being closed by mistake. And to prevent the circuit breaker from closing when the grounding switch is in the closed position. When the grounding switch is in the open position, neither the lower door nor the rear door can be opened, which prevents accidental entry into the electrified interval. When the circuit breaker is in the working position, the secondary plug is locked and cannot be pulled out. In order to ensure safety and the reliability of each interlocking device from damage, it must be operated in accordance with the interlocking anti-misoperation procedures.
