On the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign advanced manufacturing technology, Fengyuan Power has designed and developed a new product KYN28A-12 high-voltage switchgear, which is suitable for three-phase power system with rated voltage 3-12KV, 50HZ and rated current 630-300V. 3150A. The power station uses it to complete the electronic transmission and substation of the power electronic system, and the industrial and mining enterprises use it to obtain and distribute electricity to achieve the purpose of control, protection and detection. The switchgear can be used with ABB's VD4 vacuum circuit breaker and can also be used with domestic VIS vacuum circuit breakers. It is a kind of power distribution equipment with superior performance. It has the advantages of flexible combination scheme, compact structure, safety and reliability, convenient maintenance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.

KYN series metal-clad removable enclosed switch cabinet (called switch cabinet for short). It is applicable for power receiving

and distribution in the 3.6-12Kv three-phase AC 50Hz single bus bar and single bus bar sectioning system. It has the functions of controlling, protecting and monitoring the circuit.

Main applications:

Performance features

Enclosed metal switch cabinet, the cabinet body is made of high-quality aluminum-plated zinc plate, and formed by CNC machining, fixed with rivets, and the structure is stable and firm; each functional isolation room is separated and sealed from each other. The protection level of the isolation room is IP20, and the protection level of the shell can reach IP40. The switch cabinet is divided into bus room, cable room, trolley room and instrument room. The main circuit breaker is equipped with domestic and foreign high-quality VS1, VD4 and other types of vacuum circuit breakers. It has a complete five-protection interlock function, safe and convenient operation, and complete display of the first and second. According to the design, it is equipped with comprehensive or individual protection of original parts. According to the design, it can be connected with a cable while entering and exiting at the normal bottom, or it can be connected with a cable entering and exiting at the top. It can combine incoming lines, measured PT contacts, outgoing lines and steering multifunctional cabinets. The switch trolley is interchangeable, making inspection and maintenance more convenient.
