Installation requirements for dry-type transformers

1. The installation site of dry-type transformers must be clean and dry. When infrastructure construction has not been basically completed, dry-type transformers should not enter the site to avoid dry-type transformer damage and insulation damage due to site construction. The moving method of the dry-type transformer cannot damage any parts of the dry-type transformer. Especially use fans, iron cores, and external pressure to connect copper rods and high and low voltage insulators. Special attention should be paid to personnel safety during installation, hoisting, and movement of dry-type transformers to prevent tipping and loss of control.

2. The installation of dry-type transformers is simple.

(1) Insert the sensor wire of the thermometer into the corresponding temperature display socket, and fix the screw.

(2) Connect the power cord of the high and low voltage fan to the corresponding terminal of the temperature controller.

(3) Connect the power cord to the switch and the other to the terminal of the temperature controller.

3. The location of the dry-type transformer should consider the insulation distance between the dry-type transformer coil and the metal part (ground), the distance between the high-voltage cable joint, the high-voltage connecting copper rod and the shell, and meet the insulation distance of each voltage level to the ground.
