Installation method of high and low voltage switchgear

The first thing we did when we got the high and low voltage switchgear was to unpack and inspect the goods. Check the quantity and specifications carefully according to the design drawing and the imitation order, check whether it meets the requirements, whether the high and low voltage switchgear shell is damaged or rusted, and check whether the accessories and spare parts are complete.

After unpacking, check the factory certificate, imitation bills, and internal wiring diagrams and other technical data documents. After the high-voltage power distribution cabinet is unpacked, the power distribution cabinets are numbered according to the design drawings and moved to the installation location in the substation in sequence.

After the switchgear is placed on the channel steel, the high-voltage cabinet is roughly adjusted with a thin shim, and then one of them is used as a benchmark to adjust the rest, so that all the high-voltage cabinet panels are consistent and the gap is uniform. After the bolts are fixed, two to three gaps are maintained between the cabinets, and finally the cabinets are permanently fixed to the foundation channel steel by fixing bolts or welding.

Connect the bus. The main bus and meters on switchgear are provided by the switch factory, or can be made according to the design drawings at the construction site. The connection of the main bus, the connection between the main bus and the lower bus, and the connection between the bus and the instrument are connected by bolts. The connection surface of the bus bar should be coated with electric compound grease. The tightening degree of the bolts and the connection condition of the connection surface should be controlled by tightening the bolts according to the specified torque value by a torque wrench.

Installation of handcart type high voltage switchgear. The installation method is basically the same as that of the fixed high-voltage switchgear, but the difference is to ensure the interchangeability of the handcart. Each handcart-type moving contact must be adjusted consistently, and the center of the moving and static contacts must be adjusted uniformly and in close contact to ensure interchangeability.

Check the plugs and auxiliary contacts of the secondary circuit of the high-voltage power distribution cabinet, and the welding is reliable. The electrical or mechanical locking device is correct so that the handcart cannot be pulled out when it is in the closing position. The safety partition is easy to open and close, and can move with the in and out of the handcart. The grounding device of the handcart should have good contact with the fixed frame of the high-voltage power distribution cabinet. The internal control cable of the high and low voltage switchgear is firmly fixed and does not affect the movement of the handcart.

The laying of electrical equipment, appliances, and non-live metal parts of the maintenance grounding branch line should meet the following requirements: the connection is tight and firm, the maintenance grounding wire section is selected correctly, and the parts that need anti-corrosion are evenly painted. The route is fair, the color code is accurate, and the equipment and buildings will not be polluted after painting.
