Switchgear (also known as complete switch or complete power distribution device) is an electrical equipment based on circuit breakers. Switchgear refers to that the manufacturer assembles relevant high and low voltage electrical appliances (including control electrical appliances, protective electrical appliances, and measuring electrical appliances), bus bars, current-carrying conductors, insulators, etc., in a closed or open metal cabinet according to the requirements of the primary electrical wiring diagram. In the body, as a device for receiving and distributing electrical energy in the power system.
High-voltage switchgear refers to the role of on-off, control or protection in power system generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion and consumption. The cabinet body is spacious, the internal space is large, the clearance is reasonable and safe, it has the characteristics of convenient installation and maintenance, and reliable operation. The main circuit scheme is complete, which can meet the needs of various power supply and distribution systems. The high-voltage switchgear is an open type. The basic frame structure is welded with angle steel. The front panel is pressed by thin steel plate. There is no protective plate behind the cabinet. The inside of the cabinet is separated by thin steel plate. The upper part of the cabinet is the circuit breaker chamber and the lower part is isolated. The switch room has the function of program blocking, which is safe and reliable to use.
The switchgear has five functions to prevent misoperation:
1. Prevent the disconnect switch with load.
2. Prevent accidental entry into the charged interval.
3. Prevent accidental opening and closing of the circuit breaker.
4. Prevent the ground wire from being hooked up with electricity.
5. Prevent closing with ground wire.
The switchgear has the functions of overhead wire entry and exit, cable entry and exit, bus connection and so on. It is mainly suitable for various places such as power plants, substations, petrochemicals, metallurgical steel rolling, light industry and textiles, factories and mining enterprises, residential quarters, and high-rise buildings. The high-voltage switchgear equipment has certain operating procedures and mechanical or electrical interlocking mechanism. Practice has proved that: no "five prevention" function or "five prevention function incomplete" is the main cause of electrical accidents
