Prefabricated substations are compact integrated power distribution equipment, composed of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers and low-voltage electrical equipment, which are set up independently of each other and connected by cables. Prefabricated substations are used for power distribution systems in high-rise buildings, airports, residential areas, small and medium-sized factories, mines, oil fields and temporary construction sites for power reception and distribution.

Feature of Prefabricated Substation:

Shell material: aluminum alloy plate, stainless steel plate, glass fiber cement board.

The base of the substation is made of galvanized channel steel or cement, which has strong corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical strength.

The two-layer roof structure has excellent heat insulation, radiation protection and ventilation effects.

The substation is divided into several independent small rooms, all small rooms are equipped with lighting equipment. The automatic exhaust device is installed on the top of the transformer to adjust the temperature in the transformer room.
