Box-type substation is a compact complete set of power distribution equipment, which combines high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer and low-voltage switchgear according to a certain wiring scheme. Main components: transformers, high-voltage switchgear and its control equipment, low-voltage switchgear and its control equipment, corresponding internal connecting lines (cables, bus bars, etc.) and other auxiliary equipment.

1. Small size, compact structure, reliable power supply, easy installation; single power supply, dual power supply or ring network power supply can be realized, with double fuse protection, low operating cost.

2. The surface of the case is treated with electrostatic spray paint, which has good wear resistance. It is suitable for ring network and single and double power supplies. It is easy to move and can improve the reliability of the power supply.

3. The transformer adopts environmentally friendly S11 series spiral iron core, non-excitation voltage regulation, fully enclosed, energy saving, environmental protection, and low noise. Amorphous alloy transformers can also be provided upon customer request. High-voltage load switch and protective fuse. Placed in an oil-filled iron tank, which is a fully enclosed structure.

4. The low voltage room is equipped with an watt-hour meter, a voltmeter and four outgoing circuit breakers, and reactive power compensation can be provided when necessary.

5. Adopt S11 series spiral core transformer, no-load loss is 30%-40% lower than S9, and noise is 7~10dB lower than S9.

6. The combined transformer has the characteristics of reliable power supply, reasonable structure, fast installation, flexible and convenient operation, small size and low construction cost.

7. Suitable for outdoor and indoor, widely used in industrial parks, residential areas, business centers and high-rise buildings.

Conditions of Use

1. The highest ambient temperature should not exceed 45℃, and the lowest should not exceed -45℃;

2. The height should not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the height can reach 4000m;

3. Placed in a place where the vertical inclination does not exceed 5° and there is no severe vibration or impact;

4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25℃);

5. A place where there is no dust, no explosion, no corrosion of metal and electrical parts;

6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m/s.

7. If the above-mentioned normal use environmental conditions are exceeded, the customer can customize it from our company.
