Structural features
The cabinet of GGD AC low voltage switchgear adopts the general cabinet form, and the frame is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-formed steel, and has 20 mounting holes with high general coefficient.
GGD cabinet fully considers the heat dissipation problem. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots on the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot, while the cold air is constantly replenished into the cabinet from the lower slot to make the sealed cabinet automatically A natural ventilation duct is formed from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the appearance of the cabinet body and the division size of each part, which makes the whole cabinet beautiful and fresh.
The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed, which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
The protection level of the cabinet is usually IP30, and users can also choose other levels according to the requirements of the environment.
