GCK low voltage drawable switchgear cabinet is suitable for three-phase AC 50~60HZ, rated voltage 660V, rated current 4000A and below three-phase four-wire three-phase five-wire power system, used for receiving electric energy and distributing electric energy. It is widely used in power distribution center PC and motor control center MCC of power plants, substations, factories and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings.

 

Environmental conditions

1) The ambient air temperature should not be higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should not be higher than +35℃. If it exceeds, it must be operated with derating according to actual conditions.

2) Atmospheric conditions, the air is clean, the relative humidity cannot exceed 50% at a temperature of +40°C, and a larger relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature, such as 90% at +20°C. The temperature change should be considered May occasionally produce condensation effects.

3) The altitude does not exceed 2000M

4) This device is suitable for transportation and storage in the following temperature range: -25°C to +55°C, within a short time (not exceeding 24h) not exceeding +70°C.

5) The device should be installed in a place where there is no violent vibration, impact, and no corrosive substances.

Structure

The basic cabinet frame of the switchgear adopts a combined structure of assembled materials, according to the needs of the change of the primary circuit plan, plus the necessary doors, sealing plates, partitions, mounting brackets, busbars, functional units and other components to form a complete switchgear. The structural parts in the cabinet are galvanized and installed in a modular manner (modulus E=25mm). The surface of the switch cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate and processed by CNC machine tools. The surface is pickled, phosphated and then electrostatically sprayed. Plastic, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, it has both strong mechanical strength and reliable grounding protection continuity.

The cabinet is divided into horizontal busbar room, vertical busbar room, functional unit room and cable room, all with steel plate isolation. The function of each unit is relatively independent and strictly separated to ensure safe use.

The key components such as the inner beams of the cabinet, the unit partitions, the component mounting plates and the mounting supports are all adopted aluminum-zinc clad plates. The use of aluminum-zinc clad plates can enhance its anti-corrosion ability and mechanical strength. The cabinet door adopts epoxy powder electrostatic spraying. The cabinet protection level reaches IP30, ensuring the safety, maintenance, inspection, monitoring, overhaul and testing of staff.
