1. The isolation switch base is difficult to drive
Due to the exposure of the main components of the isolation switch, it is easy to rust under the influence of external conditions, resulting in increased transmission resistance during operation, and even the phenomenon of refusal to move. Generally, the operation is normal in the first two years, and then different degrees of operation difficulties appear. In operation, the base bearing was completely rusted and died, so it could not be operated. Therefore, one bus had to be stopped for temporary overhaul. Sometimes there is even a large operation before overhaul, maintenance personnel must go to the site to deal with the passive situation of defects. The bearing in the base has different degrees of rust and dry phenomenon: some bearings are not buttered at the factory, rust is very serious, almost rust dead; Some butter has thousands of pieces, and the pollution is serious, bearing resistance is very large; It is certain that the serious corrosion and dryness of the bearing in the base is the main reason for the disconnecting switch's rejection, and the corrosion of other parts connected with the transmission system (such as the mechanism spindle, the rotating arm, the active position of the connecting rod, etc.) only causes the difficulty of operation.
2. The operating mechanism of the isolation switch is faulty
The fault of the isolating switch operation mechanism is that the rotating part of the mechanism is stuck and the connecting head leaks out. In operation, rain water flows into the rotating part of the mechanism along the keyway of the connecting head. Accumulated over a long period of time, resulting in serious rust in the rotating parts, resulting in the operation of the opening and closing is not flexible, serious even caused by the opening and closing is not in place; Second, the control loop failure of the electric operation mechanism, such as motor travel switch, auxiliary switch, relay damage.
3. The conductive part of the isolation switch is in poor contact
Due to the improvement of the reliability of power supply and the weakening of the contradiction between supply and demand, the operation times of the isolation switch are greatly reduced, so the contact problems caused by mechanical wear and electric burning loss of dynamic and static contacts are few. From the infrared temperature measurement and overheating treatment, the main reason for poor contact is spring corrosion, thinning, deformation, so that the elastic decline; Difficult operation of the mechanism causes the position dislocation and insufficient insertion; The wiring board screws die of rust over the years, the contact pressure drops, and the cleaning is not timely.
