Regulation for maintenance of low voltage distribution cabinet in residential area

Preparation
1. Inform users of the start and end time of power failure one day before the power distribution cabinet maintenance.
2. Make all preparations before power failure, especially the tools are ready, and handle the original work procedures.
3. The maintenance group leader is responsible for the unified command, and strive to participate in the maintenance work of personnel with consistent thinking, unified action, reasonable division of labor and cooperation, to complete the work with higher efficiency.
Maintenance procedures
1. Implement segmental maintenance, first maintain the security load section.
2. Stop the security load power, if the load is as usual for the mains, disconnect the air switch for the security load mains, put the generator selector switch in the "stop" position, disassemble the positive and negative battery lines, tie the label to prevent the generator from sending electricity.
3. Check whether the busbar joint is deformed or blackened by discharge. Tighten the connecting bolt. If the bolt is rusty, it should be replaced.
4. Shake the main air switch from the power distribution cabinet with a handle, check whether the main contact has any burning trace, check whether the isolated place is burned black and damaged, tighten the wiring screws, clean the dust in the cabinet, test the closing of the machine.
5. Take each separate cabinet out of the pumping cabinet, tighten each wiring terminal, check the installation and wiring of the current transformer, ammeter and watt-hour meter, check the flexibility and reliability of the handle operating mechanism, tighten the inlet and outlet lines when the air grows strong, and clean the dust in the switch cabinet and the outlet lines behind the power distribution cabinet.
6. When maintaining the capacitor cabinet, disconnect the capacitor main switch first, discharge the capacitor one by one with wires of more than 10 meters, and then check whether the contactor, capacitor wiring screws, grounding device is good, check whether the capacitor distension phenomenon, and clean the dust in the cabinet with a vacuum cleaner.
7. After the maintenance of security load, the generator can be started to supply power to it, and the public power can be stopped to maintain the bus section.
8. Step by step, disconnect the low-voltage side air switch, and then disconnect the high-voltage side vacuum circuit breaker that supplies power to the transformer, close the grounding switch, and hang up the sign "Do not close, someone is working".
9. After the power distribution cabinet is maintained according to all requirements specified in item 3,4,5 and 6, remove the safety device, disconnect the grounding switch on the high voltage side, close the vacuum circuit breaker, and observe that the transformer is put into operation correctly, send power to the low voltage power distribution cabinet step by step, and change the power supply from the security load generator to the municipal power supply.
