1. Heat shrinkable sheath: It can strengthen the insulation performance between busbars. However, the sheath has the problem of insulation aging, and the heat dissipation conditions of the busbar become worse, which also increases the production cost.

2. Cold shrinkable sheath: easy to operate, no heating required. However, the cost is high, and there are also problems of insulation aging and poor heat dissipation conditions of the busbar.

3. Vulcanization spraying: The process is more complicated. When there is a bump, it cannot be remedied, and the joint cannot be treated.

4.SF6 gas: Fill the sealed main busbar room and circuit breaker room with 0.04Mpa SF6 gas, which can improve the insulation performance between busbars. The main busbar does not need to be overhauled and maintained in the whole life cycle, and is not affected by the external environment, and has high safety and reliability. But the production process is more complicated.

5 Install the separator: According to the national standard, the minimum distance between the SMC insulating separator and the charged body is: 10kV≦30mm, the processing and installation are more convenient, but the cost will increase.
