Installation of GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear
1. Confirm that there is no explosive, corrosive gas or dust in the installation location of the GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear. Then check whether the installation foundation is flat and whether the channel steel is placed flat and stable. When the main bus bar is well connected, the upper cabinet bolts are combined and spot welded firmly with the foundation channel steel.
2. Confirm that there is no severe vibration at the installation site of the GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear. When installing, reserve a maintenance channel, and make sure to leave a sufficient safety distance from the wall.
3. The ambient temperature is between -5°C and 40°C, the relative humidity does not exceed 90% at room temperature, and there is no condensation. If the ambient temperature and humidity exceed this requirement, a specially designed switch control cabinet is required, or certain measures can be taken before it can be used.
4. The supply voltage is between -10% and +10%,
5. The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.
