GGD AC low voltage distribution cabinet


GGD TYPE AC G low voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, factories and mining enterprises and other power users of the power distribution system of AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current to 3150A, as the power, lighting and distribution equipment for the conversion, distribution and control.


GGD type ALTERNATING G current low voltage distribution cabinet is a new type of low voltage distribution cabinet designed on the principle of safety, economy, rationality and reliability according to the requirements of the department of Energy and the majority of power users and design departments. The product has the characteristics of high breaking ability, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, seriality, strong practicability, novel structure and high protection grade, and can be used as the replacement of low-voltage switchgear.


GGD type ALTERNATING G current low voltage distribution cabinet conforms to IEC 349 "Low voltage switchgear and Control equipment", GB 2751 "Low voltage switchgear" and other standards.


GGD AC low voltage distribution cabinet operating conditions:


◆ The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃, not less than -5℃, the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35℃;


◆ Indoor installation and use, the altitude of the use site shall not exceed 2000m;


◆ The relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 50% at the high temperature of +40℃, should be allowed to have a large relative temperature at a lower temperature (such as +20℃ for 90%), considering the impact of temperature changes may occasionally produce condensation;


◆ The inclination of the vertical plane is not more than 5° when the equipment is installed;


The equipment should be installed in the place without violent vibration and impact and not enough to make the electrical components corroded place;


◆ If the user has special requirements, it can be solved through negotiation with the manufacturer.

GGD AC low voltage distribution cabinet main bus:


Considering the price and the feasibility of using aluminum instead of copper, single aluminum bar bus can be used when the rated current is 1500A and below, and double copper bar bus can be used when the rated current is greater than 1500A.

GGD AC low voltage distribution cabinet structure features:


(1) GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of general cabinet, the frame is made of 8MF cold formed steel by local welding assembly, the frame parts and supporting parts are supplied by the steel fixed production factory, to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The components of the general cabinet are designed according to the principle of modules and have 20 mold mounting holes. (2). The heat dissipation during the operation of GGD cabinet is fully considered in the design of GGD cabinet. (4). The cabinet door is connected with the frame by rotating shaft movable hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. The folding edge of the door is embedded with a mountain rubber strip. When closing the door, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improve the door protection level.


(5). The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected with the frame with multiple soft copper wire, and the installation parts in the cabinet are connected with the frame with kneed screws. The whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection system.


(6). The top paint of cabinet body is polyester orange baking paint, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is matte color, avoiding blinding effect and creating a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.


(7) The top cover of the cabinet body can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus line on site. The four corners of the top of the cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and loading.


(8). The protection level of the cabinet is IP30. Users can also choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.
