Installation of GGD fixed AC low voltage switchgear

Product installation:

The installation of the product should be carried out according to the installation diagram. The basic channel steel and bolts are provided by the user. When the main busbar is installed, the lap surface should be repaired and leveled, cleaned, painted with neutral vaseline or taken other measures, and then tightened with bolts.

After the product is installed, the following items must be checked and tested before it is put into operation.

1. Whether the operating mechanism of the electrical components is flexible, and there should be no jamming or excessive operating force;

2. Whether the on-off of main electrical components is reliable and accurate, and whether the on-off of auxiliary contacts is reliable and accurate;

3. Whether the ratio and polarity of the instrument indication and the transformer are correct;

4. Whether the busbar connection is good, whether the insulation support, installation parts and accessories are installed firmly and reliably;

5. Whether the auxiliary contact meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specification of the fuse is correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is accurate;

6. Whether the contacts of the circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram;

7. Whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements;

8. Use a 500-volt megger to measure the insulation resistance of not less than 10 megohms;
